Prices have gone up again!! $5.55 for one taco a la carte.
    Burritos start at $10.95.
Ordered a burrito wet style. The flimsy knive and fork couldn't cut through the tortilla at all. It was a struggle.
I have always been a huge Snapper Jacks fan. Food is delicious, staff is super friendly.
    Having second thoughts about returning.

I was missing the ocean right outside of Snapper Jack's Taco Shack.  Instead, there was a parking lot and a strip center.  Truly, Snapper Jack's should be close enough to the shore where you could grab one of their selections and eat it beachside.

It's very clean inside and everything is organized and labeled well at the salsa bar.  They have several sauces to choose from to compliment your tacos or burritos.  We ordered taquitos and particularly liked the Shack Sauce.

The taquitos came with rice and refried beans topped with shredded cheddar and jack cheese.  While the refried beans tasted okay, they weren't warm.  They would have been better had they been hot and the cheese melted a bit.

The background music playlist fit the vibe nicely and one of the TVs had footage from Jeff Ho Surfboards and Zephyr Productions with interviews and surfing.  It was interesting to watch.

All in all, we had a good experience.  Although, it seems like the location is a fish out of water.

I've been to Snapper Jacks about 100 times in the last 5 years. No joke. And tonight was the last night I'll be eating here.

I used to LOVE snapper jacks. They had the best fajita burrito ever. It was the only thing my wife and I ordered. But over the last year or so we have become overly frustrated with snapper jacks because of all their inconsistencies.

First, their prices are constantly increasing. It seems like every couple months the price increases .50 cents or so. The price is now $10.95 for a fajita burrito. Are you kidding me?!!? This is mexican food after all! Why is this so expensive?

Second, there is no consistency in their food or salsa bar. The fajita burrito has been varying so much in taste it's frustrating. It really depends on who is making it. Either it's great or it's dry, full of rice, no sauce, and no meat. Again, why is it so expensive for this?? The shack sauce also has no consistency as of late. I guess it really just depends who made it, but you can always tell it's different.

Lastly, the salsa bar cups have been replaced with cups that are half the size. Seriously?? Are things that bad that you have to give us baby cups for your salsa bar? It's becoming obvious that you're hurting for money and it comes off this way. The constant price increases and the nickel and diming for everything in the restaurant has gotten to me. No longer will I be eating here.

Yuuuummmm! So tasty! Try the fish taco. The crispy tortilla is deep fried making it savory and delicious. The decor is a beachy california feel and kid-friendly! Highchairs are available. This is a quaint shop with a small-town vibe. The staff is not overly-friendly. They give you space to enjoy your food uninterrupted but they also eremember to say goodbye when you leave.

Usually I'd rate them as great but not todayyyy. We ordered through DoorDash for delivery with very specific details on our salsas and we got ZERO. All truly disappointing since I was bragging to my coworker how great it was and well it didn't this time.
